As a CRM Manager and part of our Sales & Marketing Department, you will spearhead our efforts to improve our customer relationship strategies using Hubspot. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our customer workflows and nurturing strategies, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction through insightful surveys and interaction analysis. An essential part of your role will be to assist in converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and accelerating lead conversion by empowering our sales team to identify and convert qualified leads effectively. Your innovative and strategic approach will be crucial in building a robust pipeline that contributes to the company's growth and revenue goals.
Our next CRM Manager should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of CRM project management experience. Fluent in English with excellent writing skills, you have a proven track record in CRM, preferably with expertise in Hubspot.
Your knowledge of CRM best practices, B2B marketing, and ability to propose innovative solutions showcase your dynamism. Strong analytical skills, experience in reporting, and proficiency in market research underline your strategic approach.
