Job Description:
As Sr. HW engineer, you will be a part of highly skilled HW professionals’ team, playing a major role in defining the SatixFy catting-age satellite communications products.
- Lead new mixed signal & high-speed board designs from concepts to development and production.
- Design and debug complex embedded systems.
- Collaborate with other team members, including RF, mechanics, software, algorithms and Verification.
- Create detailed documentation, block diagrams, test procedures & debug instructions.
- Participate in company design reviews and support legacy products.
Requirements
- BSc. Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of proven experience in HW board design (Digital/Analog).
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Complex embedded CPU systems design.
- Multi core CPU’s environments/FPGA’s.
- High speed serial links (SerDes) up to 26G.
- Experience with high-speed ADC/DAC’s with JESD204B/C.
- Eth Switch/PHYs & SGMII/10Gbps/25Gbps, PCIe interfaces.
- Communication protocols I2C, SPI, RS232/485, MDC/MDIO.
- Memories DDR3/4, Flash, eMMC.
- Power supplies – LDO’s /DC-DC.
- Clock tree and discreet analog circuit design.
- RF design – Advantage.
- Proven experience of managing a layout of highly dense multiple layers PCB’s & PCB fabrication technologies.
- Fully hands-on in LAB & boards bring-up.
- Must know: Orcad CiS /Allegro/Sigrity CAD tools.
- Phyton/C/Linux scripting capabilities.
- Experience in FPGA design (Verilog/VHDL) – Advantage.
- Experience in SI/PI simulations – Advantage.
