Your Mission

Performs and manages thermal analysis required for the development and qualification of launcher structures and components;
Manage and coordinate analysis tasks for work packages or projects;
Define analysis approaches to investigate thermal design problems or verify solutions;
Ensure the necessary know-how for the thermal lay-out of launcher structures;
Establish analysis methods and create mathematical models for thermal analysis;
Perform thermal analysis with full responsibility for data input;
Perform concept studies; if necessary, in collaboration with other stakeholders;
Provide support to establish test plans;
Establish technical reports;
Perform test predictions, test evaluations and correlations;
Support the processing of non-conformances and change requests;
Familiarize with new analysis methods and apply as needed;
Participate in technical meetings and reviews and present the performed analysis;
Cultivate and keep contact with internal and external stakeholders;
Contribute to Proposal;
Evaluate and document Analysis Team specific processes and contribute to continuous improvement;
Provide support to System Engineering, Design and M&P;
Support R&D tasks.

Your Story

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. University master’s degree in mechanical or thermal or aerospace engineering;
Minimum 3 years experiences in an aerospace company (or relevant fields) in following:
- ESATAN (or Thermica);
- Detailed thermal analysis.
Advanced English language skills (reading, writing and speaking);
Mechanical Engineering background (e.g. Experience in analysis of composites structures);
Advanced knowledge in detailed thermal analysis using aerospace methods;
Knowledge of aerospace structures and components.
