What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of hardware and software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment;
- Drive technical excellence: Ensure integration between hardware components, microcontrollers, and host systems, focusing on system reliability, performance, and efficient hardware-software interaction;

Requirements:
What You'll Need:
- Essential qualifications: BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience: 6+ years of experience in electronics engineering and software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role;
- Technical expertise:
- Strong experience in board-level design, including schematics, PCB layout, simulations, and PCB technologies;
- Proficiency in writing and debugging firmware in C for bare-metal and RTOS environments on microcontrollers;
- Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet);
- Familiarity with C++, including object-oriented programming and multi-threading.
- Leadership skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across disciplines;
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root-cause analysis on failures.
In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills:
- Highly desired: Experience with high-speed digital design;
- Valuable assets:
- Aerospace industry experience;
- Expertise in developing and optimizing C++ applications for embedded Linux environments;
- Deep understanding of embedded development best practices, including code review, unit testing, and CI/CD.
