About the role

As the Lead Ground Test Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating, and managing the tests of the hydrogen-electric powertrain for business aircraft. You will ensure that all system tests meet certification standards and design office demands. This role requires a highly technical background in Fuel Cell Powertrain systems engineering, with a strong focus on Ground Testing.

Valuable member of the team your role will be:

Develop Test Logic: Establish and execute the test roadmap for the Powertrain testing roadmap;
Test Environment Setup: Prepare testing environments with the Design Office to meet operational boundaries for various systems under test;
Test Bench Assembly and Operation: Oversee the assembly and operational testing of test benches;
Team Leadership: Manage and foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and company values within the team;
Interface Management: Collaborate with Operations for testing infrastructures, focusing on safety, hydrogen supply, power, and cooling capacity.

About you

You have a strong experience in aerospace engineering or equivalent, including over 8 years experience in the mobility test sector;
You have proven expertise in ground test activity, especially on integrating systems under tests through a fixed test environment covering instrumentation, control topics;
You have a strong experience in management and you are able to ensure team development;
You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player;
You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement;
You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity.
