Your mission
As an ASIC Test Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical liaison between international clients and test partners, ensuring the successful characterization and qualification of integrated circuits. Your responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and plan the work packages of project stages;
- Establish ASIC test solutions in coordination with the test house;
- Organize Radiation Test campaigns for space-related products;
- Work with customers to plan the transition from ASIC prototype to production, including characterization, qualification, and validation;
- Develop cost-saving strategies, such as yield improvement plans, multi-site test solutions, and alternative packaging options, in partnership with customers and the test house.
Your experience
- Master’s degree in Electronics;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Integrated circuits testing;
- Effective leadership capabilities;
- Good communicator, proactive and customer-oriented;
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately one week per month) to visit sub-contractors;
- Proficient in English.
