We are looking for a Project Manager with the mission to coordinate the complete life of the projects assigned: planning, execution, and closure.

Tasks to be performed:

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from planning, execution, to closure;
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company quality standards and procedures;
• Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all key stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well as effective risk management;
• Manage project communications, maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders such as subcontractors, partners, and customers;
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies;
• Utilize appropriate verification methods to track and control changes in project scope, timeline, and costs;
• Provide regular reports and escalate issues to management when necessary;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile:

• University degree in Engineering. Specialization in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications or equivalent;
• Relevant experience (more than 4 years) managing engineering projects;
• Experience in Defense sector projects is desirable;
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI methodologies). PMP certification is highly desirable;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite;
• Proficient in MS Project. Experience in Project Server is desirable;
• Proactive, autonomous and team player;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers;
• Proficient in English;
• Eligible to work in the EU.
