Production Planner

Reporting to the Operations Department, the Production Planner is responsible for coordinating production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal product quality. He/she works closely with the production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

Missions:

Planning and Organization:

Implement production plans based on company objectives;
Create and track manufacturing orders in the ERP system;
Plan and monitor subcontracting orders with suppliers;
Coordinate production activities with other functions at Anywaves (logistics, purchasing, quality).

Management and Optimization of Flows:

Optimize production flows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions, if necessary;
Identify and propose improvements to production processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on production performance;
Analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
Communicate results and action plans to stakeholders.

Profile required:

Holder of a degree in industrial engineering, production management, logistics, or a similar field, you have gained 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the space or aerospace industry. You are proficient in production management tools (ERP, MES) and possess in-depth knowledge of these systems.

Your excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, capacity to work under pressure, and ability to manage priorities are key assets that will enable you to succeed in this role. You also possess knowledge of ISO quality standards and proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and production management software.

Your aptitude for analyzing and interpreting production data, as well as your ability to understand the technical aspects of managed projects, will be essential for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processes.
