As a Power/Electrical engineer, the candidate will deal with:

• Analyse the Electrical/Power requirements applicable at system level, deriving the lower level requirements and impacting the other S/S;
• Dimension the basic elements of a Power system with different sources (Solar Array, Batteries, Fuel Cells, RTG);
• Define the Electrical/Power activities to be applied to the project to ensure compliance of the project with the applicable requirements;
• Analyse and evaluate the adequacy of the proposed design, with respect to the project environment;
• Define, follow and evaluate the results of sub-system level test campaigns;
• Following a “bottom-up” philosophy, analyse the compliance of the project with the applicable requirements;
• Evaluate the adequacy of the electrical I/F's;
• Attend technical meetings with partner companies and international clients.

Other:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• Electronics Engineering, preferably in the Power/Electrical area at system level;
• Knowledge of tools for numerical computation and electrical interfaces simulation (eg. Matlab, Simulink, etc.);
• Knowledge of Office tool;
• Scientific background;
• Good ability to learn engineering tools use and application;
• Excellent written and oral English (mandatory);
• Aavailable to travel, even for medium/long duration, in Italy and abroad.
