- Execute R&D tasks from A to Z. You start from a research question, you investigate the theory, potentially accompanied by simulation. You design and use a test setup to verify the theory. You analyze the resulting data and compare the outcome with the theory;
- You use the testing equipment available and adapt it to specific tests, especially in the context of space qualification (e.g. use of thermal vacuum chambers, thermal chambers or shakers);
- This will also include a large design work for test equipment, assist in prototype development, operations etc.;
- Extending the capabilities of our test facilities or building entirely new test setups is part of your job;
- You provide input to the rest of the team from a testing perspective and feed their input back.
