Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Network Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our network infrastructure while ensuring seamless connectivity and robust security measures. Who You Are:

You are a skilled Network Engineer with experience in optimizing and maintaining network infrastructures. You have a strong understanding of network protocols, security measures, and system upgrades. You work well with teams, ensuring seamless connectivity and high performance, and are committed to keeping networks secure and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

Optimize the network: installation/redesign of elements of the company network (local network and telecom), hardware or software.
Integrate new applications to improve network quality.
Ensure the interface with internal teams when setting up networks.
Provide technical and functional expertise on the telecommunications network part when setting up projects concerning the system infrastructure
Study technical choices and optimize telephony (Voice over IP, videoconferences, etc.).
Implement security standards
Ensure proper management of network access rights, for machines on the one hand, and for users on the other (creation and monitoring of user accounts), in compliance with the company's security rules.
Work on the implementation of version upgrades.
Supervise the installation and configuration of equipment (switches, routers, etc.) and network (and telecom) administration software.
Produce and update documentation.
Manage performance: alert threshold and optimization (tuning), etc.
Set up dashboards to monitor network performance and quality (failures, flows, resource availability, security, etc.).
User support and network maintenance.
Monitoring of procedures implemented during network application or messaging server failures and malfunctions.
Ensuring technological monitoring in order to anticipate the developments necessary for network optimization.

What You’ll Need:

University degree in network computing, infrastructure or a related field, with professional experience in computer networks or systems administration.
Computer network certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VLAN and IT security skills to protect networks against cyberattacks.
