We’re looking for a talented Production Manager with strong Operational background (manufacturing or similar industry - will be a strong plus) to join our local site and lead our production team. The position requires someone with experience in leading teams of at least 10 employees, with fluent level of English (strong must) with excellent communications skills and we are looking for someone loyal, with high level of services and multi tasking!

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all activities within the Production unit, including:

• Manages and coordinates internal and external (through subcontractors) production activities;
• Leads the production and is directly responsible for the fulfilment of the production plans;
• Manages logistic activities for purchasing, importing and exporting materials, components and sub-assemblies, as well as exporting of the products;
• Assuring the supply of parts, manufactured by various subcontractors with an emphasis on cost reduction;
• Coordinates product delivery schedule with the HQ;
• Supports R&D projects with production and technological solutions;
• Establishes Quality assurance process for the production lines; supervises Quality assurance activities;
• Collaborates with the Financial department on the Unit’s financial/budgetary issues, product cost estimation, etc.;
• Responsible for the training process and the professional qualification of the employees in the Unit;
• Supervises keeping of the labour safety regulations in the Production unit;
• Tracks and analyses income flow inspection data with respect to establishing reliable sources of parts and materials for the production;
• Participates in the planning and allocation of resources and funds intended for the project's activities.

Requirements

• Strong leadership with ability to keep activities focused on end goals and to make difficult decisions when necessary to keep production programs on schedule;
• Assertiveness;
• Ability to operate effectively under work pressure;
• Experience in the logistic process;
• Fluent level of English with good communications and interpersonal skills for interactions within and outside the company;
• Quick learner;
• SAP knowledge - a huge advantage;
• Driving license;
• University degree in appropriate engineering discipline (industrial & management is preferred);
• We will evaluate your experience as a manager in production/supply chain.
